Support coordinators, families and providers can refer a participant in a couple of minutes. We respond within one business day and keep you in the loop from the first conversation.
How referrals work

Send the referral
Use the form here, call 0451 117 397 or email us. A rough picture of the participant's needs is enough to start.

We make contact
We come back to you within one business day, then arrange a meet and greet with the participant and the people they want involved.

Supports begin
Once everyone's comfortable, we agree on supports that fit the participant's NDIS plan and get started.
