Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Yes. Enroll Health Care Services is a registered NDIS provider based in Windsor Gardens SA (ABN 90 682 380 258).
What areas of Adelaide do you service?
We're based in Windsor Gardens and support NDIS participants across the Adelaide metropolitan area, including the north-eastern suburbs around us. If you're unsure whether we cover your suburb, give us a call.
What services does Enroll Health Care provide?
Nine NDIS support areas: life stage transitions, personal activities, travel and transport, daily tasks and shared living, development of life skills, household tasks, community participation, therapeutic supports and group and centre activities. See the services page for the details of each.
How do I get started with Enroll Health Care?
Call 0451 117 397 or send an enquiry through the contact page. We start with a friendly chat, then meet with you and your family or support coordinator to shape supports around your NDIS plan.
How is the cost of support covered?
Supports are funded through your NDIS plan in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Talk to us about how your plan is managed and we'll walk you through what that means for your supports.
Can I choose who supports me?
Yes, you have a real say. We match support workers to your personality and needs. If a match isn't working, tell us and we'll change it, no awkwardness.
Can my family or support coordinator be involved?
Absolutely. We keep you, your family and your support coordinator in the loop from the first meeting onward.
What happens if my needs change?
We review your supports regularly and adjust as your goals and circumstances change. Your supports should keep up with your life, not the other way around.
Do you offer group activities?
Yes. We run group programs and centre-based activities where you can learn new skills, socialise and have fun in a supported setting.
Can you help with transport to appointments?
Yes. We provide transport and travel support to appointments, work, study, shopping and community events across Adelaide. We can also help you build confidence with public transport.

How do I refer a participant to Enroll Health Care?
Support coordinators, family members and other providers can refer a participant through our referrals page or by calling 0451 117 397. We respond within one business day.
