Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Yes. Enroll Health Care Services is a registered NDIS provider based in Windsor Gardens SA (ABN 90 682 380 258).
What areas do you service?
We're based in Windsor Gardens and support participants across the Adelaide metropolitan area. If you're unsure whether we cover your suburb, give us a call.
What services do you provide?
Nine NDIS support areas: life stage transitions, personal activities, travel and transport, daily tasks and shared living, development of life skills, household tasks, community participation, therapeutic supports and group and centre activities. See the services page for the details of each.
How do I get started?
Call 0451 117 397 or send an enquiry using the form above. We start with a friendly chat, then meet with you and your family or support coordinator to shape supports around your NDIS plan.
Can I choose who supports me?
Yes, you have a real say. We match support workers to your personality and needs. If a match isn't working, tell us and we'll change it, no awkwardness.
Can my family or support coordinator be involved?
Absolutely. We keep you, your family and your support coordinator in the loop from the first meeting onward.
What happens if my needs change?
We review your supports regularly and adjust as your goals and circumstances change. Your supports should keep up with your life, not the other way around.
